2. Order Cancellation by the Customer

We understand that circumstances may change and you may wish to cancel your order.

• If your order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and has not been shipped, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
• If your order is cancelled after dispatch, a deduction for shipping charges will be applied, even if the order was shipped under a free shipping offer.
• Refund processing times may vary and could take up to 7–8 business days depending on your payment provider.

3. Cancellation by Parth Vastu Store
